Stupid

You know that last post that i just posted? Well, it was all out of being retarded. I am in that type of mood and thought it would be cool to write that way. I am sorry to all.

In a real note though, the instructors here are really great, and I do enjoy going to the Art Institute. If you want to learn new and classical cooking techniques please enquire about the Art Institutes. They offer culinary students a certification, an AA degree, or a BA degree. There is, in other words, something here for everyone interested in the culinary field. Please enquire.

School

Many people out there in the world enjoy the same thing i do; cooking. I enjoy it so much i decided to go to school to become a chef. I am now a current student at the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute of Jacksonville. I enjoy it here. The chefs are wonderful and the gen ed professors are just as great. You do have a lot of homework just like at any school, but you can get it done. Along with the school classes, the culinary department has a culinary club and a competition team. I am on the team and really enjoying it. Learning new techniques and skills is really helping me out in the feild as well as at school in my classes. When i graduate i will have my Bachelors of Art in Culinary Management. Along with that I will also be an ACF member and a certified soux chef. If you want any of these or just to learn about cooking and cannot find a school check out  The Art Institutes. Just tell them Chris sent you. lol

Music

Just about everyone in the world likes music. Me, I love it.

Music is a way for many people to relax and knock off some stress. It does for me. Others like music to get them pumped up and ready for something. Either way music helps everyone. From the hardcore heavy metal to the cool, calm and collective smooth relaxation music. It was made to heal the human soul  in one way or the other and it has done a good job.

Home

The one place on earth you can always go; home.
The place you grew up and have memories of.
The place where caught your first fish.
The place where you first drove.
The place where your friends are.
Where your supporters are.
Where your family is.
The town you first got in trouble.
Where you hang and party.
Where no matter what happens you can run too.

My home is a little country town. One where everyone is close friends, supporters, and confidants.
Where i grew up enjoying life, the good and the bad. I miss my home and cannot wait till December to go back. Wewahitchka, Florida you will always be my home and I will be back soon, get ready.

Movies from the greatest horror author

Everyone in the world has watched a horror movie at least once in there life. Some like them and some don't. Me personnally I love horror movies, especially the ones from the greatest horror author in the world; Stephen King.

Stephen King has been around for many years writing horror novels and making them into movies. Ranging from the outer space to the modern everyday person and even clowns and the future, Mr. King has wrote about horror with everyone, and from the get go they have been wonderful movies.

Some of the best movies in my eyes are listed below with a quick discription on them.

1. It- this movie is based on a serial killer clown. He tortures and kills children in a small town and when they are all grown up he comes back and starts killing the survivors he never killed as well as their children.
2. Storm of the Century- set in a small Alaska town in the midst of a horrific snow storm this strange man comes to town. He is there and things in the town start getting weird. Finally he goes to a town meeting where he confronts the towns people and starts taking their kids. Turns out that he lives off of kids lives to keep him young and to keep him living for so long.
3. Rose Red- one of the best movies ever, this film is based here in the united states at a huge mansion that has been around for decades. Known to the town as being haunted no one enters until a paranormal teacher gets a group of the best, but average, phsycics together and they go explore. Looking for an answer inside the big house they spend a few nights in there. What started out as an average trip turned into a major killing spree. Many went in and only a few came out.

Many more of his greatest movies include:

The Langoliers
Misery
Christine
Carrie
Firestarter
The Two Towers

and many many more.

If never seen any of them you need to.

The Weather

Not use to the change in weather that happens in Jacksonville, this is new to me. I can say though that i like it. All the cool nights and the mid temperature days is very pleasent. Not like hot weather that I am used to where I am from; only 5 hours away.

Poe's

Everyone loves a good homemade hamburger. That is why you need to come check out where I work; Poe's Tavern, located at the corner of A1A and Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville, Fl. We have some of the best burgers you have ever ate. Made up of 100% real beef, ground fresh in house daily, these burgers are a full 8 oz and extremely juicy. Cooked how you like and topped with a varity of different toppings, to include: chili, queso cheese, grilled onions, and many more. They are served with our freshly cut fries or you choice of our red skin potato salad or our tasty blue cheese cole slaw. No matter which choice, you won't be disapointed.

Not into burgers, try our savory fish tacos, our veggie burgers or even order off the appetizer menu a try one of the favorites, like the edgar's nachos: Fresh fried tortillas topped with jalapenos, melted cheese, drunken chili, homemade pico de gaillo, chipoltle sour cream, and our homemade guacamole. No matter what you have a taste for we have it. So, come try us out today. If you don't then you don't know what you are missing.
